LA Lakers guard Jeremy Lin had his best game of the season while helping his team snap a seven-game losing streak. Pouring in a season-high 25 points, against the arch rival Boston Celtics in an overtime thriller.
“I thought we played hard,” Scott said. “We competed all night long. That’s what I’m looking for. We had some guys that came in tonight and stepped up, especially our guys off the bench. Jeremy had a great game. Wesley Johnson had a great game. So we had a lot of guys contribute tonight.”
Lin hit a series of tough shots down the stretch, combined with his team-high six assists. To give the Lakers their 127th win against the Celtics, who lead the all-time match up spanning 66 years with 155 wins.
His teammates were pretty happy about his performance too.
