This LeBron James thing won’t stop cause everyday another page gets added to his crazy story and dude hasn’t even played game one in MIA yet. In an attempt to heal some of the wounds he opened up and squirted lime juice on in the state of Ohio. LeBron James took out a page out of Z’s playbook and apologized to his fans via newspaper — in Akron.
In a full-page ad, The King used the Akron Beacon Journal to big up his hometown and express how much the city he calls home means to him.
“For all my life, I have lived in Akron, and for that, I am truly a lucky man,” the letter read. “It was here where I first learned how to play basketball, and where I met the people who would become my lifelong friends and mentors. Their guidance, encouragement, and support will always be with me.”
“Akron is my home, and the central focus of my life. It’s where I started, and it’s where I will always come back to. You can be sure that I will continue to do everything I can for this city, which is so important to my family and me. Thank you for your support…you mean everything to me.”
Well it’s a start I guess. The nWo like hate party for LeBron in Cleveland is not dying down as the days pass and in a way, I kinda feel like LeBron knows that too and doesn’t care anymore. But what the heck would you do if people were burning your jersey and the former owner you played for was dissing you in comic sans? Apologize??? I would think not good sir.
