Derrick Rose led the Bulls to a close win over the rival Pacers with 23 points and 6 assists, but not all was well in Chicago when Rose went down with a sprained ankle in the 4th quarter.
“All of it is positive. All I went through…of course my ankle is a little bit sore. But I am just happy nothing is not torn or broken. So I will be all right….I don’t think I am getting a walking boot. I think I should be fine. I was used to twisting my ankles when I was younger. That is one injury I have always had.”
No timetable has been given for Rose’s return to action.
