Realizing it could be the last time they ever see Kobe Bryant doing his thing in Brooklyn. Fans at the Barclays Center cheered almost everytime the “Black Mamba” touched the ball against their home team. As you would expect Bryant didn’t disappoint either, scoring 18 points with flare to help propel the Lakers to a much-needed road win. Ironically, if given the choice Kobe would prefers to be booed.
“I’d rather enjoy the hostility. That’s why I love going on the road,” he said. “That’s what I’ve always enjoyed throughout my career, is that road hostility. That’s showing respect for what I’ve done.”
