Most basketball fans already know Kobe Bryant loves soccer. So it shouldn’t come as much of a surprise that the mad geniuses at Nike fused the design of the Nike Mercurial Vapor IX, one of their most popular football boots. With the latest Kobe signature model to form the Nike Kobe 8 Mambacurial.
Featuring Fireberry colorway on an engineered Mesh upper, oversized white “NIKE” script appears on the medial side of each shoe, and an electric-lime Swoosh that shifts from the side to just over the toe. “Mambacurial” is notated on the backside of the tongue, and the upper rests atop a grass graphic and translucent green rubber outsole. Look for these to drop early June.
