Dwight Howard deciding to stay with the Magic was the first domino to drop in the Nets bleak-ish future and Deron Williams saying he won’t opt-in to stay with the Nets is the other.
“I’m not going to opt-in. It’s not monkey-see, monkey-do,” Williams told the Daily News. “Wherever I go is hopefully where I’m going to retire.”
To quote Nets part owner Jay Z, “it was all good just a week ago.”
