You gotta love the random placing of celebrities throughout the Staples Center when the Lakers play, because then you get pictures like this one from Game 5 of England’s David Beckham sitting next to Anthony Kiedis of the Red Hot Chili Peppers just kickin’ it courtside probably discussing who was better; the The Beatles or The Rolling Stones, groupies and the complexity of Phil Jackson’s triangle offense — but probably mostly about groupies.
Back in the day when I was interning at a radio station, the rival radio station across the way had a surprise RHCP concert on the street during my lunch break and boy was I ever late to not get paid at my volunteer job.
And yes, the concert was pretty sick.
