Kemba Walker got the Charlotte back on track with a win over the Knicks. Scoring a team-high 34 points in his hometown to end the Hornets costly two-game losing streak. Al Jefferson who finished with 24 points of his own, called the game a must-win.
“It was a must-win game,” Jefferson said. “We lost two games in a row because of, in my opinion, us, because of things we didn’t do well. We just had to get back to the basics, get back to things we do so well, the reason why we’ve been winning games this season.”
