Kobe Bryant put up 28 points in the LA Lakers loss to the visiting Nuggets, shooting 10 of 22 from the field in 28 minutes and earned a standing ovation when he checked out for good in the fourth quarter.
“I’m just trying to save up and have as much energy as possible, and try to play all of these games,” Bryant said. “I’m just giving it absolutely all I can.”
