Available only at American Airlines Center, the signature burger will be sold during game time and already looks like a fan favorite. Created by Executive Chef Mark Mabry, the 1/3lb Dirkburger is made with jalapeño beer cheese, bacon onion marmalade, arugula and mustard horseradish aioli on a Bavarian pretzel bun. And yes, Dirk thinks it’s delicious.
