The MVP race keeps heating up. Last night, James Harden put on a show in a Houston Rockets win over the visiting Nuggets. Racking up a career-high 50 points with 10 rebounds for good measure.
“That was amazing, man, and it just looked so easy,” Rockets forward Trevor Ariza said. “It was like he just woke up and walked out there and had 50. That’s how easily he scored the basketball.”
The Beard’s half century performance was the ninth in franchise history and the first since 1996 when Hakeem Olajuwon did it against the Celtics.
