After a long drawn out (and annoying) ordeal. The Minnesota Timberwolves finally introduced Andrew Wiggins,. Anthony Bennett, Thaddeus Young and Zach Lavine at the Minnesota State Fair. For the top selection in the 2014 NBA Draft Wiggins, knowing his finally landing spot came as a long overdue relief.
“It’s been a crazy summer, really up and down. Kind of lost, not really knowing where I’m going,” Wiggins said. “But I wanted to play for a team that wanted me. I felt the love as soon as I got off the plane at the airport, so it’s all good now. I’m excited for this season.”
The Timberwolves will have one of the youngest teams in the league heading into next season with an average roster age of 26.2 years old.
