Well, the news could be worse. Wait, it’s actually pretty bad. Derrick Rose who was last seen very injured in Game 1 of the Bulls series against the Pacers with an ACL tear, which also ripped apart any chance Chicago had for a title. Will not be back in action for the next eight to 12 months after undergoing surgery on Saturday. Bummer.
According to Rose’s high school coach who he’s still close with. “He (Rose) was at rehab. His spirits are up. He’s ready to work as hard as he can to get back on the court. That’s his objective right now.”
I truly wish D.Rose a healthy, strong and successfully recovery.
