Knicks Sign Roger Mason Jr.

First off, let me say that no grown @ss man should be called junior after he moves out of his parents house and starts paying utility bills. With that said, the New York Knicks have signed Roger Mason to a one-year, $1.4 million contract. The Knicks were interested in dealing for Rudy Fernandez, but according to Frank Isola of the NY Daily News the Portland Trail Blazers wanted a future No. 1 pick in return.

I bet when Donnie Walsh heard the Blazers trade requirement for Fernandez, many Isiah Thomas jokes were made shortly after he hung up the phone with Portland.

Not only will Roger Mason be bringing his clutch game to New York, he’ll also bring a “big chip on his shoulder” too according to his Twitter page.  He’ll probably need a bigger locker now.
