Howard and Duncan will sign autographs at The Parks at Arlington Mall on February 13 – Howard at Foot Locker from 2-3pm and Duncan at JCPenney from 3-4pm. Rose will appear at Foot Locker inside Galleria Mall on February 14 from noon-1pm.
