Warriors guard Anthony Morrow could miss two to four weeks with a sprained MCL in his right knee, but the team said the results of Saturday’s MRI exam won’t be made available until today.
Morrow went down in the opening two minutes of Friday’s 113-104 loss to Milwaukee when Andrew Bogut bowled over Corey Maggette and knocked him into Morrow’s right leg. When Maggette’s head smacked Morrow’s lower leg, Morrow’s foot was planted and his knee buckled from the outside.
The second-year player rode a stationary bike for about 10 minutes before returning for a painful 2:19 in the second quarter. Morrow said he couldn’t go in the second half because his knee was sore and swollen.
