Starbury “the blogging gold mind”, made good on his promise to show up to the Knicks versus Lakers game last night in LA and watched his team…or his…old…the Knicks lose 114 – 116. Marbury had a ton of things to say at halftime to reporters from his David Beckham ass watchin’ cheerleader seats about how he was loving “getting a check by doing nothing,” Â and “enjoying it to the fullest” and yadda yadda yadda.
The real question here is when will the Knicks put this thing to bed?
Enough is enough. The Knicks are only distracting themselves by not giving Marbury the money he’ll ultimately get anyway. Even if the Knicks wipe their @sses with every single bill they give Marbury, sooner or later they will pay. This situation is like grounding a kid, while still giving them park access and still paying them their weekly allowance.
Calling Marbury a cancer would be a bit much because it’s only basketball, but the Knicks need an extraction plan quick fast before Marbury starts performing at halftime of Knick games.
