The Dallas Mavericks are in for a tough one if LeBron James and Dwyane Wade keep connecting like this with ease.
It’s going down! Tonight after many, many, many nights of basketball. Game 1 on the road to crowning new NBA royalty begins between the Dallas Mavericks and Miami Heat. Will it be Dirk Nowitzki and Jason Kidd after three combines empty trips to the finals. Or will it be the team you love to hate with LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and the rest of the South Beach gang.
I really have no idea, but watch how they made it to the big dance and decide for yourself. Personally, my money is on the…

Usually athletes are the worst rappers and that’s a fact right up there with old people owning Buick’s.
Ron Artest has been in the rap game since Nas first appeared if you want to count his cameo in the Nas Is Like video back in 1999 and he’s also tried his hand at constructing 16 bars of (hot) fire on his own label with no real success.
However true to the beauty that is Ron Artest, he went back in the lab to sharpen his skills and dropped “Champion” which sounds pretty tight and not just in a “it’s aight for a baller” tight. You can actually bang this in the Range on the way to see your Psychiatrist and heads will be nodding. Who knows what the album will sound like, but at least things are off to a good start.

Remember part one of the kloser with Kobe Bryant? Well he’s back klosing things that he left open in part one — like a certain city that is now relegated to a “Nice job guys” parade instead of a “F*ck yeah! You guys did it” parade.

Apparently the journey of championship gear after a NBA king has been crowned, is a lot more complicated than one would think. It involves high security, gear ready for the losers that could have won and several bag checks to avoid any potential infamous YouTube NBA moments. I have no idea why, but for some strange reason this behind the scenes look at how the eventual NBA champions gear gets to where it gets, kinda fascinates me for some very strange reason.

What’s next for the Boston Celtics? Rasheed Wallace could retire, the C’s might not re-sign Ray Allen, how serious is the knee injury of Kendrick Perkins, will Doc Rivers take a year off and that’s just some of the issues this aging ball club must figure out this summer. In his post game interview, the media peppered Kevin Garnett with these same questions after he played possibly the most emotionally draining game of his career.
Routing against Kevin Garnett is tough because he’s the ultimate competitor and you know when he steps on a court, he isn’t concerned with anything else but winning. That’s a good thing! Nothing changed in his approach for game 7, yet despite anchoring the Celtics with 4 blocks and 17 points in 38:07 minutes of hard work. KG came up short in his quest for ring number two, but not due to lack of effort.
Dude was a solider last night!
