Grant Hill was diagnosed with appendicitis on Wednesday morning and will undergo an appendectomy about 6 p.m. this evening. Suns trainer Aaron Nelson estimates that Hill will miss two or three weeks while he recovers from the surgery. Suns general manager Steve Kerr said Hill, who has been bothered by aches and pains for about a week, woke up Wednesday morning not feeling well, but wasn’t showing any of the normal flu-like symptoms. He took Hill to the hospital where his condition was diagnosed.
