The cheapest All-Sessions Pass can be found for $412. If looking to be on hand at both Semifinal games Saturday night, Session 1 tickets include access to each game and average $1,096.09. The get-in price for Session 1 tickets starts from $256. Championship Game tickets will be slightly less expensive at an average price of $917.76, while having a $134 starting price.
Travel costs won’t be much more welcoming for each fan base. Using flight and hotel data on Priceline, the cheapest roundtrip airfare to Houston will be from Oklahoma City, where prices range from $519 to $552. Villanova fans will have the most expensive road to the Final Four, with roundtrip airfare from Philadelphia ranging from $1,052 to $1,243.
So how much will it cost in total for each fan base to attend the 2016 Final Four? Using the average cost of an All-Sessions Pass, the lowest currently available roundtrip airfare and a three-night stay in a $200/night, 3-star hotel, TiqIQ and Priceline conclude that Oklahoma fans will save the most, with an “all-in” price coming out to $2,876. Oklahoma is the only school that owns an all-in price below the $3,000 threshold, with Villanova peaking at $3,409.
