The Pistons traded center Nazr Mohammed to Charlotte on Friday and also waived forward Ronald Dupree.
The Pistons acquired center Primoz Brezec and forward Walter Herrmann in exchange for Mohammed, who appeared in every game this season except for Wednesday in Houston.
“We are pleased to welcome Primoz and Walter to the Pistons organization and we feel they will help add depth to our front court positions,†Pistons president of basketball operations Joe Dumars said. “We appreciate hard work and professionalism that Nazr and Ronald both displayed during their time here in Detroit and we wish both of them well.â€
