The Portland Trail Blazers and all-star guard Damian Lillard have come to terms on a five-year, $125 million maximum extension.
“I play the game out of love and it’s inspiring to be rewarded for doing things the right way and being a high character person, Lillard said in a statement. “It’s also comforting knowing that none of what I’ve accomplished has been handed to me.”

Lillard heads int his fifth season with the Blazers with career averages of 21.0 points, 6.1 assists and 1.0 steals.
