Pat Riley confirmed Wednesday that guard Smush Parker would not join the team during its six-game Western Conference trip because of his role in a Nov. 27 altercation with a valet parking attendant.
Parker has been working out at the Heat’s practice facility, but Riley would not say when he’d be allowed to rejoin the team.
