Yesterday during an interview with Dan Le Batard and Bomani Jones on ESPN’s Highly Questionable. Former Knicks legend John Starks dropped a hip-hop history bombshell when he let it be known that the portion of The Notorious B.I.G’s track “I Got A Story to Tell” from his Life After Death involving a Knicks players girlfriend was true and he knows who it was about. For those not familiar with the song, listen to the entire track(because it’s fantastic ) below and do some research to find out how many 6’5″ players were on the Knicks during the time Starks played in the Big Apple. Hubert Davis seems to fit Biggie’s description pretty well, but unless Starks spills the beans it will still remain a hip hop mystery.
