With the all-new Nike LeBron XI “Forging Iron” colorway officially unveiled today. Nike again draws parallels to LeBron James and strong metals. With an upper inspired by molten metal’s metamorphosis, represented in a fiery shade of orange similar to the state of iron at its most malleable.
Metallic green on the Swoosh symbolizing the transitional, temporary part of iron cooling. While a fade effect around the shoe represents sparks when iron is being formed and it’s capped off by an ice outsole.The shoe is a metaphor for LeBron’s balance of coolness under pressure when the heat is on.
The Nike LeBron XI ‘Forging Iron’ colorway drops globally at select retail locations and Nike.com in November.
