According to the The Washington Post, Eddie Jordan was fired today as the head coach of the Washington Wizards after starting the season with a 1-10 record, which kinda makes sense. Â
Ironically, the decision to fire Jordan was made while Jordan attended the NBC4 Food 4 Families food drive early Monday morning at the Verizon Center. Â I guess the Wizards thought it would be good training if Jordan can’t land on his feet somewhere else in the league.
Ed Tapscott, director of player development, will now take over reporting duties and the front seat to the roller coaster ride that is the Washington Wizards.
