Originally released on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the Nike 2013 Black History Month collection includes the Kobe 8 System, Zoom Lebron X and KD V. Inspired by tribal flare and hazard stripes, the graphic work was meant to bring to life the idea of “Rebel with a Cause”. The artwork was hand-drawn, and applied to compliment a variety of apparel and footwear for Nike Basketball.
