The game between Greece and Serbia was supposed to be a friendly until things took a different direction and it ended in blows. With 2:40 to go in the game led by Greece 74-73, a fight broke out between Fotsis and Milos Teodosic from Serbia then things quickly escalated into a melee staring Nenad Kristic who was swinging at anything wearing a white jersey.
My favorite part of this video is when Kristic punches Sofoklis Schortsanitis from behind then runs away when Schortsanitis turns around to end him. All of a sudden Kristic is done with being a tough guy and tries to throw a chair at Sofo who weights 370 lbs as he back peddles.
Kristic ended up hitting another Greek player with the chair meant for Sofo and for his efforts he spend the night in jail. If these two countries meet up in the basketball world championships in Turkey, get your popcorn ready.
