The 09-10′ season will go down as one of the best in NBA history, strictly based on the superstar free agent class of 2010, auditioning for a huge pay day. The deep pocket Knicks are fully aware of that and if it was up to them they would rather hit fast forward on this season, so they could pay a superstar player to fix their team in 09-10. But in the meantime, they’ll just concern themselves with losing at a franchise record pace.
After the Knicks lost to the Warriors 121-107 and fell to 1-9 on the season surpassing their worst start to a season in franchise history, D’Antoni said “It’s bad, there’s no doubt about it, I just thought our lack of fight was the most disappointing thing,†D’Antoni said, referring to his team as “zombies.â€
Saying that “it’s bad” is what you call an understatement kids and I’m pretty sure I’ve seen zombies play together better as a team than this squad.  If the Knicks win the 2010 LeBron sweepstakes, I’m sure all will be forgiven by the fan base, but last I checked it’s still 2009 and winning games is still never a bad idea. I’m just sayin’…
The Knicks are hard to watch! They have not been fun to watch the last few years. Which free agents would want to come here and play next year?
At least in the late 80s, even if they barely made the playoffs, they played hard and you could see it.
