Next week Nike Basketball will celebrate the beginning of Black History Month with their annual BHM signature collection slated for release on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The collection will include the Kobe 11, LeBron 13, KD 8 and Kyrie 2.
“The Black History Month collection honors and celebrates Black heritage, in sport and beyond, around the world while also providing financial support to Nike’s Ever Higher Fund, which was created to bring mentorship, sport and all of its benefits to African American youth.”
Each look will sport a vibrant African-inspired patterned upper that will also be seen across 28 other Nike products, spanning tennis, basketball, football, running, Nike iD and Jordan Brand. Look for the collection to hit shelves beginning January 18.
