Artist Davide Barco from Milano, Italy was commissioned by the New York Times to created artwork for a Christmas Day cover story on the “Unstoppable Golden State Warriors” written by Harvey Araton and Scott Cacciola. At the request of NY Times Art Director Wayne Kamidoi, Barco was asked to create one illustration focused on reigning MVP Steph Curry and another centered on the dynamic trio of Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green.
