Artist Davide Barco from Milano, Italy was commissioned by the New York Times to created this illustration of twin brothers Brooke Lopez with the Nets and Robin Lopez with the Knicks. The piece accompanied an excellent cover story by writer Scott Cacciola titled “Welcome to Lopez Land“. The art was inspired by the brothers love for comics and of course, the cross-bridge rival teams they play for in NYC.
