Former 2012 NBA first round pick Royce White is planning a comeback and the San Antonio Spurs have offered him a spot on their Summer League team.
“Now a free agent, he has offers from the Clippers and Spurs to play on their summer league teams, and interest from others. On his comeback, White said, “I don’t even believe in that, in case it doesn’t work out, it’s gonna work out, it’s gonna work out.”
White was originally drafted by Houston, traded to Philadelphia, released, and signed two 10-day contracts with Sacramento in March 2014. Diagnosed with anxiety disorder which lead to issues with him flying, White says this time around he is willing to fly.
