The OKC Thunder keep climbing hills only to see a new one in front of them each time. The latest challenge comes in the form of Serge Ibaka being sidelined indefinitely with a bad knee.
“Thunder forward Serge Ibaka will be out indefinitely with lingering soreness in his right knee. A team spokesman said Monday that the Thunder consulted with Ibaka’s representation and they agreed to have him see a specialist in New York. The team is in Dallas, where it will play the Mavericks on Monday night.”
The Thunder have a one game hold on the last playoff spot in the west, with the return of Kevin Durant still a few games out. Brace for more Westbrook triple-doubles.
