Indiana native George Hill had his first career triple-double with 15 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds in the Pacers’ 93-86 win over the visiting Cleveland Cavaliers.
“(Hill’s performance) was a little bit of an answer to some of the critics that he had at the end of last season. I don’t think people understand how good a basketball player George Hill is,” Vogel said. “He showed it tonight. We’ve got a heck of a basketball player in George Hill,” Vogel continued, “and that’s not even to mention what he does on the defensive end. So, just a great performance.”
