Just a few weeks away from the all-star break. The Knicks finally won their 10th game off the season. Thanks in part to a 31 point performance from a spry looking Carmelo Anthony, who also grabbed 8 rebounds and hammered home a vicious alley-oop.
“Rest. I got some rest. Today was just one of them days where my body felt much better than it did yesterday. I felt good today,” said Anthony, who stared at the Knicks bench after his jam. “They’ve been joking around with me the last couple of games, I’m old. . . . We had this conversation before the game today. So it was just one of those moments where I had to look at the bench and let them know that I still got it.”
The Knicks have won five of their last seven games.
