Last season Toronto Raptors point guard should have been an all-star but somehow he missed the cut. This season the Raptors are the clear cut beast of the east, leading the conference in wins and Lowry has been superb averaging 20.5 ppg, 7.7 apg, 4.7 rpg and 1.5 spg.
