Yesterday former Sacramento Kings small forward Peja Stojakovic had his number 16 retired by the team he helped make lovable in the 90’s at halftime. Per the Sac Bee:
“This is an unbelievable moment for me and family,” Stojakovic said during the ceremony.
During his four year run with the Kings Stojakovic was a feared shooter that was selected as a all-star three times. His jersey now hangs beside Mitch Richmond, Chris Webber and Vlade Divac.
