Dallas Mavericks guard and potential all-star Monta Ellis continued his four game tear on the road, capping off his 23 point night by sinking the Milwaukee Bucks at the buzzer with a spinning one-legged fadeaway jumper. Per the Dallas Morning News:
“We wanted Monta to have the ball at the end, hit the shot and get out of here,” Carlisle said. “That’s an all-star. Flat out. And the load he’s carried on this trip has been phenomenal. Winning two games without Dirk, Monta Ellis is having some kind of year.”
Ellis also had seven assists and has been averaging 27.3 points over his last four games.
