New Orleans Pelicans forward Anthony Davis had another eyebrow raising performance. Dominating at every turn scoring a career-high 43 points, grabbing 14 rebounds and two steals for good measure in a 106-94 victory over the Utah Jazz.
“I try to never get down, whether I’m playing bad or good,” Davis said. ”I’ve got to make sure I’m always the leader so the guys can look up. I have grown in that area, but I still have a lot of growing to do as far as leadership wise.”
This was the first Pelicans win in Salt Lake City since 2011.
