Yesterday marked the 30th anniversary of Michael Jordan making his NBA rookie debut with the Chicago Bulls against the visiting Washington Bullets at the United Center.
In his first game, the third overall pick posted 16 points, 7 assist and six rebounds in a 93-109 victory. However those numbers as you already know did not stay a trend as Jordan went on the average 28.2 points, 5.9 assists, 6.5 rebounds and 2.4 steals en route to becoming the NBA Rookie of the Year.
I hear the rest of his career worked out pretty good too.
