Noted Knicks fan and film director Spike Lee dropped by Hot 97 to chop it up with Peter Rosenberg and Miss Info about his upcoming film called “What Is the Triangle Offense: A Spike Lee Orange and Blue Skies Joint” airing October 24th on MSG Network. Which is of course about the Knicks running the triangle offense for better or worse this season under the guidance of new President Phil Jackson and head coach Derek Fisher. Lee also talked about working with Michael Jordan back in the day and MJ’s weird Hall of Fame speech. He was also asked about the Biggie lyrics in “I gotta story to tell” involving a Knicks player too, but dodged it like a pro.
