Looking as locked in as ever. LeBron James tied a playoff career-high with 49 points on 16-for-24 shooting in the Heat’s 102-96 Game 4 win over the Nets. In fron to a star studded crowd that included Denzel Washington, Spike Lee, Olivia Wilde, Jason Sudeikis, Floyd Mayweather, Jay-Z and Beyonce.
“He was what was needed on the road,” Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. “That’s what makes him the best player in the game. Whatever’s needed on either side. Sometimes that means facilitating. Sometimes that means going out of the box and scoring 49.”
Game 5 goes down Wednesday in Miami.
