Last week when the ESPN Franchise Issue came out ranking the Sacramento Kings as the worst professional sports team. New majority of the Kings Vivek Ranadive and his group heard about it and decided to fire back with an ad and press release of their own to check ESPN’s chin in a playful manner.
“We love ESPN, but think they could have given us the benefit of foresight in their rankings,” continued Granger. “They know what we have going here. And, if they don’t, we’re going to show them when they visit us on November 15.”
Hopefully the Kings can back this all up with some wins for their fans who fought so hard to keep them in Sacramento.
