To celebrate the time 2013 Hall of Fame inductee Bernard King went absolutely HAM two games in a row playing for the New York Knicks back in 1984. NBA TV salutes the man who was the first in 20 years to score at least 50 points in back-to-back games. With a feature airing Wednesday titled “Unstoppable: Bernard King” that looks pretty darn good.
Until the fun begins in a few days on NBA TV, check out highlights from the consecutive 50 point nights (with wins) King had against the Spurs and Mavericks. Unstoppable would definitely be the best word to describe his performance.
