In the end Boston never had enough in the tank to keep pace with Miami, but Rajon Rondo came pretty damn close by himself notching another triple-double in Game 7. 20 points, 14 assists and 10 rebounds later, Rondo finally proved he’s the best point guard in the league. If you’re keeping track, Rondo is now only two playoff triple-doubles away from being second on the all-time leaders list. Not bad for a guy that’s been in the league for just five years.
