LINSANITY! Days removed from netting his then career-high of 25 points in a victory over the Nets. Jeremy Lin pulled it off again scoring a new career-high 28 points with eight dimes in his first career start, minus the serves of Amare Stoudemire and Carmelo Anthony to beat the Utah Jazz 99-88 on Monday night.
“Jeremy kind of settles everything and we can build on that,” D’Antoni said. “He gives us a semblance of a team that can move the ball and get shots.”
Is Lin the glue that will hold this Knicks team together at the point and could he be the saviour of Mike D’Antoni’s system too? For now, the answer appears to be “hell yeah”.
