Jason Terry went out on a limb and got a tattoo of the Larry O’Brien trophy on his bicep cause he believed the Dallas Mavericks were gonna win the NBA title. As it turns out, he was right. The Miami Herald kinda pulled the same bold prediction stunt, but instead they tattooed the back page of their newspaper a tad early with a Macy’s ad congratulation the Miami Heat for winning their second NBA title.
Which of course happened, in bizarro world.
