The House of Hoops chain, adding store #15 inside the Dadeland Mall Foot Locker in Miami, FL in October and you already seen LeBron James launch his “South Beach” kicks there. What you didn’t see, was the awesome art created by Alberto Russo who created 5 illustrations commissioned by Nike for the store grand opening.
Using pencil, markers and Photoshop. Alberto Russo illustrated Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant, LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and a type treatment with excellent effect. If Nike decided to make these vibrant illustrations t-shirts, it probably wouldn’t be a bad idea either — hint, hint.
