It’s been one helluva summer for LeBron James! The bad elbow thing, the Cavs losing thing, the decision thing, the Twitter thing and every-thing else LBJ related that has kept the name “LeBron” in the media and on basketball loving minds everywhere since the 2010 NBA Finals.
Tonight the season tips off and all the extra things distracting us from realizing that “The Chosen One” is just a talented basketball player hungry for a championship ends. Before the 2010-2011 campaign jumps off, LeBron has one more parting tidbit of controversy for us all to digest, courtesy of Nike with the help of a tattoo removal, Charles Barkley donuts, and a Don Johnson cameo.
This isn’t about what LeBron James has done, or hasn’t done. This is about the difference between the expectations others may have of him versus the expectations he has of himself. What should he do? The answer is a question.
